Recognising & Responding to Microaggressions

Microaggressions, though often subtle or unintentional, can have a significant impact on individuals’ sense of belonging and well-being. Training helps staff and managers recognise, respond to, and prevent these behaviours, fostering a more inclusive, respectful, and psychologically safe workplace. By building awareness around intent vs. impact and promoting cultural humility, this training empowers individuals to create a more equitable and compassionate environment for all.
