Resilient people don’t simply survive, they thrive. They flourish because they have the ability to adapt to whatever life throws at them. Despite trauma or high emotion, resilient individuals cope better, can think more clearly and look on the bright side. 

Resilient children do well in education and with friends and peer groups; resilient adults are good for children who have yet to develop their own resilience; resilient team members are productive and resilient organizations go from strength to strength.
